How can I become a restaurant delivery driver?

There are very few qualifications to become a delivery driver. You should have a high school diploma or GED certificate, but education is not a strict requirement for performing the tasks of a delivery driver. You must be able to drive and have a valid driver’s license, your own insurance, and a vehicle. Other important skills for the job include excellent customer service, the ability to coordinate your deliveries in the most efficient manner possible, and the ability to work by yourself for long stretches of the day. Good verbal communication is also important for receiving and confirming orders.
