What is a first time worker?

First time workers are individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time, typically with little or no previous job experience. They may be recent high school or college graduates, or people starting a career after a long period of education or other activities. First time workers often take entry-level positions to gain experience, learn workplace skills, and begin building their professional networks.
