Evening Travel RBTs are Registered Behavior Technicians who provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to clients during evening hours and travel to clients' homes or other locations. Their primary role is to implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help individuals, often children with autism, develop adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Evening Travel RBTs must be flexible with their schedules and comfortable commuting between different locations to best serve their clients. This job requires certification as an RBT, strong communication skills, and a commitment to supporting clients and families during after-school or evening times.
