What is a Colts intern?

Colts Interns are students or recent graduates who work temporarily with the Indianapolis Colts organization to gain hands-on experience in the sports industry. Internships can be in a variety of departments, such as marketing, public relations, operations, or player personnel. These positions allow interns to learn from professionals, develop industry-specific skills, and build a network within the NFL. Most Colts internships are competitive and require a strong passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including game days.
