Career: Catholic Health Initiative

Catholic Health Initiative (CHI) was a national, nonprofit health system comprised of hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other health organizations in the United States. Founded in 1996, CHI aimed to provide quality healthcare guided by the Catholic faith and core values of compassion, inclusion, and integrity. In 2019, CHI merged with Dignity Health to form CommonSpirit Health, creating one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the country. CHI's legacy continues through its commitment to patient-centered care and community health initiatives under the CommonSpirit Health umbrella.
