What is a behavior technician?

Behavior Technicians are professionals who work with individuals, often children, with behavioral challenges or developmental disorders such as autism. They implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.
