What is a behavior assistant?

Behavior Assistants are professionals who support individuals with behavioral challenges, often in educational, clinical, or home settings. They work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or other qualified professionals to implement behavior intervention plans. Their responsibilities include observing clients, collecting data, reinforcing positive behaviors, and helping teach new skills.
