What is an Amazon Route driver?

Amazon Route drivers, often referred to as Amazon Delivery Associates, are responsible for delivering packages to customers as part of Amazon’s last-mile delivery operations. They typically work for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), which are independent companies contracted by Amazon. Drivers follow specific delivery routes, use Amazon-provided delivery vehicles, and utilize the Amazon Flex app to manage their deliveries and track packages. Their main goal is to ensure packages are delivered safely and on time to customers’ doorsteps. In addition to driving, they may also be responsible for loading packages into their vehicles and providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
