What is an advanced EMT?

Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (Advanced EMTs) are healthcare professionals who provide pre-hospital emergency care that goes beyond the basic level of EMTs. They are trained to perform a wider range of procedures, such as administering certain medications, starting intravenous (IV) lines, and using advanced airway management techniques.
