What is Adapt Community Network?

Adapt Community Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services and support to children and adults with disabilities in New York City. Formerly known as United Cerebral Palsy of New York City, Adapt offers a wide array of programs including education, residential services, employment training, and advocacy. Their mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to lead independent, fulfilling lives and to promote inclusivity within the community.
