Job Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Operates a hydraulic telescoping boom type crane to hoist and move materials, raise and lower heavy weights and perform other related operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed
- Whatever enhances the operations of the company.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Less than a High School Diploma
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Outdoors exposed to changing weather conditions (for instance, rain, sun, snow, wind, etc.)
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL
