Position Overview:
Are you a proven sales leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams and driving results? If so, we are seeking the right individual to build, develop, and lead our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the industry leader in healthcare technology solutions serving medical and dental practices nationwide. Our award-winning Practice Management Bridge™ platform delivers best-in-class payments, compliance, and patient engagement solutions, fueling strong market demand and continued growth.
The SDR Manager will play a critical role in helping Rectangle Health reach the next level by leading and developing our in-house SDR organization. Through effective coaching, performance management, and team development, this individual will drive pipeline generation, improve sales productivity, and elevate overall team performance. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building successful sales teams, a passion for developing talent, and the energy and leadership needed to inspire others to achieve ambitious goals.
Primary job duties:
  • Lead a High-Performance Culture
  • Assist with hiring, developing, and retaining top SDR talent.
  • Provide effective onboarding, performance analysis, sales enablement, training, and coaching.
  • Conduct daily call reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Develop and optimize scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies. Inspecting adoption and effectiveness of scripting.
  • Lead by example demonstrating willingness to "get in the trenches."
  • Utilize sales metrics to reinforce culture of
  • Train SDRs on prospecting, objection handling, and sales best practices.
  • Coach effective positioning of Rectangle Health's solutions and differentiators.
  • Drive pipeline growth by improving team productivity and conversion rates.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to achieve team and company goals.
  • Monitor daily KPIs to achieve monthly budget numbers.

Minimum qualifications:
  • 5+ years of managing a sales team.
  • A demonstrated track record of executing against sales targets.
  • Passion for leading and coaching.
  • Excellent at developing and coaching to metrics and KPIs.
  • Dependable and hard-working.
  • Embraces change and proactively looks for ways to improve strategy.
  • Love working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to commute to and work onsite at our St. Petersburg, FL office 5 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree.
  • Salesforce utilization as a CRM.
  • Conversation tracking software/AI software
  • Experience in payments, fintech, healthcare, dental/medical practice sales, or other regulated/consultative environments.
  • Background in high-velocity closing roles (insurance, merchant services, door-to-door, payroll-style environments).
  • B2B sales, call center experience

Compensation & Benefit Profile:
  • $120,000 First-Year OTE (Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission)
    • Target is based on realistic minimum expectations, in addition to First-Year OTE this role is eligible for a significant uncapped monthly commission accelerator for being above target metrics.
