    Overview
    We are seeking an exceptional Director of Data Governance with a strong focus on accelerating business transformation through data management and operations excellence. The Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business requirements are thoroughly understood and effectively translated into IT solutions, with a keen vision for business process management and transformation. Expertise in industry standards and a deep understanding of master data for ERP and supply chain are critical for success in this role.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead business transformation initiatives by leveraging data as a strategic asset.
    • Define and execute the data governance strategy to ensure data quality and governance.
    • Drive innovation in data operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into IT solutions.
    • Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to data management, ERP, and supply chain.
    • Apply expertise in master data management for ERP systems and supply chain processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align data initiatives with overall business objectives.
    • Provide visionary leadership to the data governance team, fostering collaboration across IT, business analysts, and executives.
    • Manage the budget for data governance and invest in the professional growth of the data operations team.
    • Ensure the highest levels of data security and privacy are maintained.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on data governance, performance, and progress of business transformation initiatives.
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management, or Business), Master's degree preferred.
    • Extensive experience in data operations and data management with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $172,410.00-338,110.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

    Work Model for this Role
