    Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact As a Manufacturing Quality and Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transition of manufacturing ramps to high-volume production while maintaining exceptional product quality and reliability standards. You will analyze materials, processes, and manufacturing techniques to confirm compliance with quality standards and implement systems for robust quality control.     Business Group You will be joining Intel's manufacturing quality and reliability team, an organization dedicated to driving world-class quality and reliability standards across Intel's manufacturing operations. The team collaborates across product engineering, manufacturing, and supplier engagements to ensure Intel's products consistently meet and exceed rigorous quality requirements. By combining data-driven insights and leading-edge technologies, the group supports Intel's broader mission of delivering innovative solutions that shape the future of technology.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Role-model quality values as described in the Intel Foundry Quality Policy
    • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and quality programs in the factories to promote a quality culture mindset
    • Engage with all levels of the organization to identify quality risk areas and lead teams to implement roadmap solutions
    • Conduct quality assessments and audits to confirm compliance to quality standards and identify improvement opportunities
    • Engage with company counterparts to share learnings and implement best known methods
    • Identify and drive hard fixes for quality issues that impact the factory and downstream customers, including leading problem-solving teams
    • Respond to customer-reported manufacturing issues, delivering engineering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
    • Champion quality program implementation and system improvements for new technologies
    • Lead factory quality meetings, driving agenda items based on quality metrics and factory risks
    • Maintain quality databases and systems, such as FMEA, issue management, and line yield
    • Synthesize and report data insights using statistical techniques to improve product quality
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Material Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience OR a Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience OR a related Ph.D. with no prior professional experience.

    Experience to be considered:

    • Hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing and quality
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and data extraction tools such as JMP, SQL, or similar platforms
    • Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
    • Experience in structured problem-solving methodologies
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong track record of delivering programs with broad scope, challenging deliverables, and cross-functional team engagement
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively
