Mandatory: Prior Google UX Experience
- 8 to10 years of experience in UX Design
- Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma
- Expert in facilitating workshops and identifying stakeholder requirements that inform the design/experience
- Ability to ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a user-centered design process.
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
- Self-Starting mindset that is comfortable working with stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and sometimes guide them through the creative process
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (i.e. Android and iOS).
- Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.
