Inventory, Retail & Merchandising Manager
For the data-driven fashion mind who wants real impact.

Have you ever felt caught in the middle -
stylish and culturally aware...
but also the most data-driven thinker in the room?
Are you someone who loves fashion and trends - but also thinks in margins, metrics, and data?
Have you ever felt too strategic for creative roles and too creative for corporate?
Do you get excited by:
Margin strategy
Seasonal campaigns
Retail psychology
Beautiful merchandising
Watching opportunities for others grow because of decisions you made?
At Salon Halo, we believe systemization isn't boring.
It's strategy that empowers growth for all
We're hiring an Inventory, Retail & Merchandising Manager to own purchasing, back bar cost control, retail strategy, and seasonal activations across four luxury salon locations.
This role is for someone who:
Loves fashion but thinks in data and analytics
Understands trends but makes data driven decisions
Wants ownership, not micromanagement
Is motivated by performance incentives
Is hungry to build something that scales
Why This Role Is Different
You won't sit in a cubicle.
You won't just process POs.
You won't be buried in bureaucracy.
You will:
Own company-wide purchasing strategy
Influence profit at every location
Shape what stays and what goes
Help design seasonal focuses
Protect margins while enhancing luxury
Build systems that scale for greater impact
What You'll Own
Company-wide inventory accuracy (retail, boutique, back bar)
COGS targets and cost-per-service performance
Vendor strategy and purchasing optimization
SKU lifecycle decisions (test / scale / retire)
Quarterly merchandising resets
Seasonal promotions + loyalty alignment
Inventory forecasting and par management
Executive-level dashboards with clear insights
You'll turn inventory from a cost center into a growth engine.
You'll Thrive Here If
You've done the corporate track and felt under-leveraged
You want autonomy and real ownership
You enjoy building systems, not just maintaining them
You appreciate being measured by performance
You're energized by fashion, beauty, and seasonal trends
You enjoy serving others
You see numbers as story telling
You're strategic.
You're aesthetic.
You're competitive with yourself.
Compensation & Growth

30+ hours per week (to start)
Salary bonuses heavily tied to performance
Growth opportunity as the company scales
Retirement match
Education funding
Product + service perks
Additional career growth pathways
If you're someone who wants your performance to make an impact while having fun in a creative environment - this role is designed for you.
