    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, and building long-term relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering relevant products and services to meet their needs. Our customer service department is open 5 days a week, 8:00am through 5:00pm. Hours may vary.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in both Spanish and English
    • Provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
    • 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or call center
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with computers and CRM software

    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in a call center or similar environment
    • Experience in Food and Agriculture, Health, Wellness or Nutrition
    • Positive attitude and team player
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Closing deals effectively
    • Confidence in presenting products/services
    • Handling objections professionally
