Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer for a contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Candidate must hold an active secret clearance.
• 10+ years of Experience Integrating and/or Testing Software intensive systems in Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) System integration lab.
• 5+ years of Experience with one or more of the following tracking tools: JIRA, GitLab, GitHub
• 5+ years of Experience Eggplant, Cucumber or Python
• 5+ years of Experience with Omniview and Mission Planning conops
• Ability to develop and communicate long term hardware integration strategies

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
As a systems engineer on this team you are assigned and responsible for multiple capabilities. For those capabilities you for which you will be responsible for breaking down requirements, developing test cases to meet those requirements, manually testing the system, record test results in test log tool, and create anomaly reports for issues found in testing. You will also be responsible for working with your software counterpart to write and troubleshoot any Anomaly Reports for any issues found while testing in the lab. You will also be responsible for the development of failure mode testing of your capabilities. Additionally you will help automate or help the automation team develop automated tests of your capabilities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Accredited Bachelor's Degree.

WORK HOURS

• 4/10- Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift 3pm- 1:30am
