Job description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site. No relocation is offered.

Our Federal Solutions Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations. The services required by this contract will assist providing the NRO with a secure mission environment. The contractor shall provide realistic, innovative information security solutions to accomplish the requirements in addition to program management. The services obtained under this contract shall provide expertise to support information systems security, security control assessments, information assurance engineering, and security control assessments test engineering.

AT&T has an opening for a Security Control Assessor (SCA) Senior to support AT&T Federal Solutions.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform information systems A&A as defined in applicable ICDs and guidance.
  • Develop and Implement security related directives and guidance for IA/IT/IM.
  • Utilize risk management strategies for information technology solutions.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate A&A activities of industry and Government information systems to meet acquisition milestone requirements.
  • Produce Effective technical report and general correspondence writing ability.
  • Manage and track systems or programs involved in the A&A process.
  • Ensure appropriate knowledge and skill transfer occurs.
  • Conduct independent assessments of security controls to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.
  • Validating security requirements and ensuring systems meet established security standards.
  • Performing security reviews to identify gaps in security architecture and develop risk management plans.
  • Collaborating with IT and security teams to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required Clearance:

TS/SCI with Poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

  • High School OR Associates AND 7 Years' Experience
  • Bachelor's AND 5 Years' Experience
  • Master AND 3 Years' Experience

CERTIFICATION: Must meet minimum requirements for DoD 8570 IAT Level 3 to include ONE of the following:

  • CASP+ CE
  • CCNP Security
  • CISA
  • CISSP
  • GCED
  • GCIH
  • CCSP

Our Security Control Assessor (SCA) Level 3's earn between $108,000 - $170,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
