    Job description

    Overall Purpose: Responsible for planning, developing, and managing integrated local marketing communications campaigns to promote company products and/or communicate brand messages in support of local market needs and objectives.
    Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:


    Development and Implementation of Local Marketing Communications Programs: Lead the development and execution of local marketing communications programs aimed at driving local market objectives such as door swings, sales, and/or changing the perception of the brand through various advertising media (OOH, social, display, DJ Chatter, activations, etc.)
    Collaboration and Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with local business unit leaders and agency partners to develop and implement advertising, communications, and tools that align with AT&T's strategy and business goals.
    Content Creation and Design Services: Manage agency and internal creative partner relationships, specifically with those who are executing the copywriting, layout of advertisements, and all aspects of marketing communications, including marketing, advertising, and design services.
    Gen AI and Creative Automation: Expertise and knowledge of the latest tools and resources available in the GenAI and Creative Automation space that can be used to improve creative efficiency and performance.
    Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Supervisor: No
    Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
