Outside B2B Sales Representative – Leadership Development Track
Employment: Full-time, W-2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours
Expected annual earnings: $75,000–$140,000
Position Overview
Aurum Wireless is hiring full-time Outside Business Sales Representatives to represent AT&T Business in local markets.
You will meet directly with business owners, evaluate their current wireless and internet services and recommend AT&T Business solutions. Every representative receives a defined geographic territory and structured training covering products, prospecting, presentations, account setup and customer follow-up.
This position is also part of Aurum Wireless’s internal leadership pipeline. As we expand into additional territories, we need successful representatives who can progress into Team Lead and Sales Management positions. Leadership consideration begins after the initial performance ramp and does not depend on waiting through annual promotion cycles.
This is a field-based W-2 sales position. It is not remote, temporary or independent-contractor work.
What We Offer
  • Full-time W-2 employment
  • Expected annual earnings of $75,000–$140,000

  • Exclusive ZIP-based sales territory
  • Company-provided business prospecting data and sales systems
  • Classroom training and live field coaching
  • Ongoing product and professional-development training
  • Defined monthly performance standards
  • Accelerated consideration for internal leadership positions
  • Monday–Friday schedule, some Saturdays required.
  • Recognition and performance incentives
Responsibilities
  • Visit businesses throughout an assigned regional territory
  • Speak with owners and authorized decision-makers
  • Present AT&T Business wireless and internet solutions
  • Review customers’ existing services, costs and business needs
  • Prepare recommendations and complete account enrollments
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and follow-up schedule
  • Accurately document activity and sales results
  • Coordinate customer activation and account setup
  • Provide professional service before and after the sale
  • Participate in scheduled training and performance reviews

Professional Growth
Aurum Wireless promotes field leaders from within whenever possible. Representatives who demonstrate consistent production, reliability, sound judgment and the ability to help others improve may be considered for additional responsibility early in their tenure.
The progression for successful representatives includes:
Outside Business Sales Representative → Team Lead → Junior Director → Market Director

Advancement is based on documented performance and leadership readiness. Each step includes broader operational responsibility and additional management compensation.
Qualifications
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable approaching and meeting business owners
  • Interested in future leadership or sales-management opportunities
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing a daily field schedule
  • Willing to learn and follow a structured sales process
  • Organized, dependable and responsive
  • Able to work independently while remaining accountable
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to travel within an assigned regional territory
Previous B2B sales, wireless, telecommunications, automotive, outside sales, account management or customer-service experience is required.
Territory and Travel
Representatives are assigned exclusive territories based partly on where they live. The position requires daily regional driving, with some assigned areas located approximately 30–60 minutes from the advertised city.
We meet on Monday mornings in person at our office in Roseville MN. This is required.
Aurum Wireless is an equal opportunity employer.
