Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consults and coordinates care of patient with the physician/psychiatrist, RN, social worker/therapist and other agencies.
  • Assesses treatment planning and progress.
  • Prepares treatment plan and goals for patients.
  • Maintains pertinent patient data in the EMR in accordance with state and federal laws and hospital policy.
  • Provides psychoeducational groups.
  • Arranges for disposition and follow up recommendations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Master's Degree in a mental health or behavioral health field

Experience or field study experience in mental health site.

Working toward licensure is preferred.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE

TACT certified within 90 days after hire.

Approved CPR/BLS preferred

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Exceptional communication skills

PAY RANGE:

$26.63 - $41.28
