Position Summary
The Senior Operations Manager serves as the operational leader of the business and reports directly to the Owner.
This individual is responsible for overseeing all production operations, managing the Operations Manager, driving profitability, developing systems, improving customer satisfaction, and building a high-performing team.
This is a leadership role for someone who thinks like an owner and understands that operational excellence drives company growth.
Success will be measured by profitability, customer satisfaction, project execution, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience
  • Minimum 5 years managing operations, project management, production, or construction teams
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of job costing
  • Proven experience managing people and driving accountability
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
