Job Title: PS-Technology Consultant II
Location: Detroit, MI

Job Description: 
Responsibilities:
Engagement Description - BCBSM is in the process of building a new supplier portal in the cloud and needs identity and access management solution for the new supplier portal. Primary responsibilities of the resource include:
 
  • Document requirements for supplier registration in External Identity and Access Management System known as IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM)
  • Design identity and access management solution for BCBSM suppliers in ISIM and Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI)
  • Develop User Identity Feed using TDI and ISIM WS/API
  • Develop supplier registration and self-service application using Portlets and ISIM WS/API
  • Setup account and access provisioning for suppliers in ISIM with target ISAM[TAM Combo Adapter]
  • Help BCBSM staff in deploying the solution
 
Qualifications:
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – The most important must-have skills.  Include:
  1. LDAP/ISIM Integration – 5 years
  2. Tivoli Directory Integrator – 5 years
  3. Web Development using Java – 5 years
 
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience.  Include:  
•  Ability design solutions – 5 years
•  Ability to develop solutions – 5 years
•  Ability to support solutions – 5 years
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience.  Include:
