What is the role?
The AI Operations Lead will design, implement, and scale the financial and operational data infrastructure that powers decision-making for the Roku Data Cloud business. This role bridges finance, revenue operations, product, and analytics to ensure real-time, automated visibility into the business's financial health and performance against strategic product roadmaps. The AI Operations Lead will own the automation of finance data flows, the creation of executive dashboards, and the integration of revenue and product systems - enabling leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions. This individual will establish source-of-truth systems for finance, product usage, and revenue data while defining data governance, metric definitions, and integration standards. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams across Salesforce, Snowflake, and business intelligence platforms to surface go-to-market and revenue insights at scale. The ideal candidate brings a combination of financial acumen, technical fluency, and the ability to architect scalable, automated reporting systems that evolve with the business.
For New York Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $174,100 - $225,500. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What are the responsibilities of the role?

• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Automate data flows between Salesforce, Snowflake, and business intelligence platforms to surface go-to-market and revenue insights
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Build executive-level dashboards showing sales pipeline and forecasts tied to roadmap features, along with core financial metrics such as ARR, NRR, contribution margin, COGS, hosting costs, product servicing costs, and headcount costs
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Ensure dashboards are real-time, accurate, and self-service for stakeholders across the organization
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Establish source-of-truth systems for finance, product usage, and revenue data
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Define data governance standards, metric definitions, and integration frameworks
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Create automated ETL/ELT processes for finance data refreshes and reporting
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Architect scalable systems that can incorporate new metrics, products, and revenue models without significant rework

What experience would help someone be successful in this role at Roku?

• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Strong experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Demonstrated track record of building end-to-end automated reporting systems for finance and go-to-market teams
• p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipeline development
