Job description

Procore Technologies isn't just building software; we're architecting the digital foundation of the physical world. From soaring skyscrapers to life-saving hospitals, we empower the creators who shape our environment. Now, we're at the precipice of a new era. We are weaving artificial intelligence into the very fabric of construction, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence and manual toil into automated precision. At Procore, you won't just use AI, you'll harness it to redefine an entire industry.
About the Role
We are seeking a visionary AI Solution Specialist to join our elite Advanced Technology organization. This isn't a traditional consulting role; it's a mission-critical position for a technical builder and strategic advisor who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world construction challenges. You will be the architect of "what's possible," engineering agentic solutions and intelligent automations that drive immense value for our global customer base. Partnering with executives and engineers alike, you will translate complex algorithmic potential into tangible business breakthroughs, moving the industry from reactive to predictive.
This position is a part of the AI Solution Specialist team within the Advanced Technology org and reports directly to Greg Wilson.
What you'll do:
  • Architect intelligent workflows and best practices to help customers scale AI deployment across their enterprise.
  • Execute as a premier AI domain expert, serving as a technical north star for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Account teams as you engineer cross-sell opportunities by uncovering high-impact AI use cases within our sophisticated global customer base.
  • Strategize with sales leadership to craft compelling narratives around Procore's evolving AI ecosystem.
  • Drive technical discovery to map out intricate customer data stacks and identify optimal entry points for AI automation.
  • Build and demonstrate value-driving AI agents by masterfully configuring tool usage and agentic instructions.
  • Design and deliver bespoke demos and high-fidelity proofs-of-concept that bring the power of AI to life.
  • Translate customer requirements and opportunities into technical solutions and implementation plans.

What you'll have:
  • 3+ years in technical solutions consulting or customer-facing technical roles and an ability to advise on AIs fit within a tech stack, inc API integrations and cloud-based architectures.
  • A "builder" mindset ready to help scale Procore's newest business into its biggest success.
  • A track record of identifying white space and driving expansion revenue through technical advisory.
  • Strong personal and professional adoption of AI and an understanding of the underlying technology that makes AI/ML function.
  • Exceptional narrative-building skills; you don't just explain features-you tell the story of business transformation.
  • Advanced prompt engineering and agent evaluation capabilities-you know how to get the most out of a model.
  • Comfort presenting to executives, operations, and technical audiences alike.
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range:
131,040.00 - 180,180.00 USD Annual
On Target Earning Range:
218,400.00 - 300,300.00 USD Annual
This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
