  • Design and develop learning deliverables, including web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), videos, job aids, simulations, quick reference guides, knowledge checks, and other learning assets.
  • Convert SME inputs and project requirements into user-ready enablement materials aligned to established standards and templates.
  • Provide overflow support for instructional design and multimedia development activities.
  • Maintain learning content and catalog information in partnership with the Training CoE Lead

  • Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Experience with SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Adobe Creative Suite, or related learning technologies preferred.
  • Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong diligence, clarity of thought, and the ability to listen effectively and execute in a timely manner.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.

Required Start Time: Due to national and international operations, a start time of 8 a.m. EST is required.

Why Join Us?

  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a dynamic and talented team on high-impact projects.
  • Remote Flexibility: This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

If you are an initiative-taking communicator with a talent for delivering impactful messages and supporting organizational change, we look forward to hearing from you.
