In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing Intel's supply chain capabilities, ensuring quality, reliability, and efficiency, and addressing the demands of a fast-evolving industry. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers, you will directly contribute to Intel's future technology roadmap and market success. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape industry standards, optimize processes, and help build the foundation for Intel's next-generation innovations.Key Responsibilities - Define and implement spare material inspection methodologies to ensure quality and reliability. - Lead Backend spare cost control and process optimization studies to enhance production yield and operational efficiency- Explore and benchmark emerging technologies to elevate Intel's supply chain capabilities. - Analyze supply and demand trends, conduct root cause analysis, and drive solutions for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with supply chain leads to execute programs that improve quality and streamline operations. - Lead supplier selection processes in partnership with spare commodity managers and technical teams, ensuring alignment with Intel's strategic goals. - Perform alternate sourcing risk mitigation activities to safeguard against supply chain disruptions. - Establish control standards, define KPIs, and monitor performance against targets to ensure operational excellence. - Drive supplier process validation activities across all stages of development to meet Intel's quality and performance standards. - Foster supplier improvements in quality, reliability, yield, and cost to maintain a competitive edge. - Oversee quality excursion management and lead failure mode analysis with suppliers to deliver robust solutions.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or with 4+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
Experience to be considered:
- Supply chain engineering or supplier management.

- Comprehensive understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes within Backend and advanced packaging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience managing suppliers and fostering technology development partnerships.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and deliver impactful solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and achieve results in complex, matrixed environments.
