Job description

Our clientis seeking a Network Engineer to join their team. As a Network Engineer, you will be part of the Connectivity & Network Support team supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Miami FL

What's the Job?

  • Oversee incident, request, and problem management processes to ensure seamless network operations
  • Support and troubleshoot complex technical issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Maintain governance over asset lifecycle management and inventory control
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, security policies, and organizational standards

What's Needed?

  • Experience in network support, desktop support, or end-user computing roles, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications
  • Proficiency with Active Directory / Azure AD and hardware troubleshooting (Dell, HP, Lenovo)
  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, IP, and VPN
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow, and managing SLAs and KPIs
