This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze business data.

  • Develop dashboards and reports that communicate actionable insights.

  • Use Python and SQL to automate data preparation and analysis.

  • Support scalable analytics solutions and reusable data products.

  • Help establish data-quality and governance practices.

  • Translate stakeholder needs into analytical requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and AI.

  • Create intuitive data visualizations and user experiences.

  • Document data sources, analytical methods, and business definitions.

  • Collaborate with strategy, technology, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Education

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in:

  • Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.

  • Has no more than 24 months of prior work experience professionally related to the intern requisition they are applying to (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience)

  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future.

Required Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization.

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Python, and SQL.

  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience developing dashboards in Power BI.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.

  • Understanding of data governance and data-quality principles.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles for dashboards and analytical products.

  • Experience automating repetitive reporting or data-processing tasks.
