    • Train and coach warehouse personnel on receiving processes, inventory controls, scanning compliance, and inbound best practices.

    • Participate in cross-functional projects involving facility startup activities, inventory management improvements, warehouse layout optimization, system implementation, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

    • Analyze receiving, inventory, supplier, and transportation data to identify trends, eliminate waste, improve operational performance, and develop dashboards and executive summaries that support data-driven decision-making.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 2+ years of experience in inbound logistics, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain execution within a distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
