    Role Overview

    We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Pilot Manager to play a pivotal role in the build and growth of our AI and Data Science SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for you, if you thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, enjoy wearing many hats and are passionate about AI technology. As an Account Executive, in your geographic pod you will be responsible for driving customer-led product development, leading sales efforts, building relationships with clients as well as working in collaboration with your local BDM and sales engineer, you will also be responsible for working closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure customer success. As one of the early hires in a rapidly growing team, you will also have the unique opportunity to shape the product, customer journey, and sales organization.


    Key responsibilities for this role include:

    • Sales and Business development

      • Identify and target customers for our portfolio of AI and Data science SaaS solutions

      • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product market fit and subsequent targets

      • Drive product demos and presentations to prospective clients

      • Negotiate contracts and close deals

    • Customer relationship management

      • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships across CXO, Business Unit Leads, and key end users

      • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives

      • Schedule demo calls with your local Sales Engineer

      • Setup and finalize customer account activation, generate quotation for customers and guide them through the procurement process

      • Schedule handover calls with your local sales engineer for customer onboarding

    • Market Research and Strategy

      • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape

      • Methodically provide feedback to product team based on customer and market insights

      • Identify and advocate for market adjacencies to drive product development, placement and growth

    • Cross functional collaboration

      • Materially contribute to the product development to meet customer needs by working with cross functional organizations in product management, business development and broader HP sales functions

      • Partner with marketing teams to drive awareness, generate leads and conversion towards strong pipeline to meet KPIs comprising, but not limited to, product usage, customer satisfaction, product growth and revenue

      • Take on leadership opportunities within the sales team and contribute to strategic decision making

      • For a driven and ambitious candidate, there will be opportunities for career development and leadership roles as the business grows

    Experience, knowledge & skills:

    • 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the Data Science/AI software industry

    • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to all levels within a business; CxO through user

    • Very team orientated, highly collaborative with the ability to influence across different functions within the team

    • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, strives to take ownership and leadership when needed

    • Demonstrate a customer first mindset, exceptional storytelling abilities, and ability to think strategically, balancing a broad range of internal and external factors when identifying opportunities and proposing solutions

    • Strong understanding of Data Science and AI concepts, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

    • Proven track record of successfully managing the sales process, proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

    • Excellent business judgment, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making

    • Curious to learn new concepts quickly and apply for material value creation

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field

    • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    The pay range for this role is$116,150to$182,400USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
