This role sits at the intersection of L&D, employee engagement, and belonging - which means you'll have a hand in everything from shaping development programs to planning experiences that bring our people together. If you love turning data into action, thrive on variety, and want to help create a workplace people genuinely love being part of, this is your moment.

In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday -Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA.

This position partners closely with HR leaders and program owners to ensure consistent, well-managed delivery of learning and engagement programs. The specialist will independently drive key workstreams, improve processes, and create clear documentation and reporting.

What You Will Do As A Learning & Engagement Specialist:

Learning & Development Support:

  • Be responsible for the operational delivery of in-person and virtual learning programs, sessions, workshops, and conferences for employees at all levels, ensuring a consistent participant experience and on-time execution.
  • Lead end-to-end logistics including venue selection, trainer coordination, and technology/equipment needs; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Administer registration workflows, attendance tracking, and completion reporting in learning systems; validate data quality and produce insights to inform program decisions.
  • Maintain training calendars, program documentation, and communications; develop repeatable templates and guidance to improve clarity and reduce cycle time.

Event Production & Engagement:

  • Drive planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including brand celebrations, recognition events, and team-building activities, in partnership with program owners.
  • Lead event logistics (vendors, catering, technology setup, materials) and manage run-of-show details to ensure a high-quality, inclusive experience.
  • Build and deliver recurring reporting on training participation, engagement metrics, budget status, and program outcomes; synthesize findings for HR and leadership audiences.
  • Provide on-site support as needed for live events, delivering real-time coordination, issue resolution, and adjustments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work with HR colleagues to turn data into actionable insights that aid long-term planning and decision-making. Suggest and apply improvements to enhance program reach, efficiency, and employee experience.

Belonging & Inclusion Initiatives:

  • Coordinate programs and campaigns that promote belonging and inclusion across the organization, ensuring strong operational rigor and consistent communications.
  • Provide operational support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and belonging councils, including planning cadence, materials, and coordination.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to program owners by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, including budget tracking and communications planning.

Vendor Management:

  • Serve as point of contact for L&D and event vendors; handle contracting workflows, track deliverables and renewals, and review/process invoices in partnership with procurement and finance.
  • Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to support compliance with purchasing requirements; resolve exceptions and communicate status to team members.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, program operations, employee engagement/event production, or related roles with demonstrated ownership of complex deliverables.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to improve processes, develop documentation, and collaborate with numerous partners.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to produce clear, executive-ready updates and guidance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; comfortable operating with ambiguity and influencing without authority.
