Job Details

TheSeniorDirector of Operations forCorporate Accounts(GPO's, IDN's and Government)is responsible foroverseeing operational performance, scalability, and service delivery across large, multi-site healthcare clientsfor the hospitalbusinesswhich includes BMT and IVT. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and client satisfaction while driving continuous improvement across national accounts.

TheSeniorDirector acts as a strategicpartnerinternalnational accountsteam, translating businessobjectivesinto efficient, and high-performing operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and oversee operations forcorporatehealthcare accounts across multiple regions and facilities.

  • Develop, implement, and standardize operational processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.

  • Serve as a key partner to the leadership team in developing the strategy and approach for large corporate accounts for the hospital business.

  • Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations,and KPI's.

  • Identifyoperational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the operational point of contact forcorporateaccounts, including thefieldnationalaccountsmanagersandclients.

  • Partner withfield corporateaccount managersto understand strategic goals and translate them into operational plans.

  • Support contract renewals, expansions, and new account implementations.

  • Proactively address client concerns and drivehigh levelsof client satisfaction and retention.

IDN and GPO Contract Management and Operations

  • Lead end-to-end contract management and contract operations for IDN and GPO accounts

  • Design and implement scalable systems, tools, and processes to support cross-business contracting, visibility, and operational efficiency

  • Partner with commercial operations, pricing and contracting to create frameworks and workflows across hospital businesses

  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline operations,optimizedeal structures, and enhance alignment

  • Identifyand drive growth opportunities across IDNs and GPOs byleveragingenterprise-wide contracting strategies and coordinated account engagement

Financial & Performance Management

  • Analyze performance metrics to drive profitability, productivity,margin improvement, and contract compliance.

  • Partner with finance and sales teams to ensureaccuratereporting and financial transparency.

  • Identifyopportunities for revenue growth and operational optimization.

  • Meet and exceed target metricsfor hospital business.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.

  • Manage contract compliance

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and corrective action plans.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with leadership to support long-term operational strategy forcorporateaccounts.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or related fieldexperience, required

  • 10+years'experiencenational accounts/operationalhealthcareleadership.

  • Proven experience managing national or multi-site healthcare accounts.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.

  • Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed teams.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.

Preferred

  • Experience working with large health systems, payers, or national healthcare service organizations.

  • Experience supporting complex client contracts and enterprise-level relationships.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.


In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

The base salary range for this role is:


$158,400.00-$294,400.00/Annual
