We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Licensed Bilingual Insurance Sales/Service Agent to join our growing team in Sarasota. We are MAINLY a sales office; we have very little service requirements. ONE auto underwriting to learn, FULL assistance database, simple system to learn.
Requirements
  • Current Florida Insurance License
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated multi-tasker
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time in our office
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Assist English and Spanish speaking customers with their insurance needs
  • Quote and sell auto, condo, renters, motorcycle, and other insurance products
  • Answer inbound calls, outbound sales, and follow-up calls
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service and policy support
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures
