    GEICO is seeking a Director, IA Sales Incentive Compensation. This is a key member of the Sales Enablement team, this leader ensures the IA incentive and rewards programarecompetitive,modernand compliant. They will collaborate with business partners such as product,financeand field to make sure we are designing, implementing,measuringand administeringincentiveand rewards to the IA channel that drives productivity,engagementand loyalty.
    Essential Functions:

    • Builds a rewards and recognition team that manages IA design, delivery and tracking of contingency agreements, short- and long-term incentives and experiential rewards.

    • Leads the design, implementation, measurement, and approval process foraboveincentive programs.

    • Provides innovative incentive compensation design recommendations and solutions that are aligned with business strategy, challenging the status quo where necessary to arrive atoptimaloutcomes.

    • Conducts complex modeling and analysis on all aspects of incentive compensation design including building analytical tools to test incentive plan outputs under an array of business results, drawing themes and trends from data analysis, and conveying them to business, product, field, and finance departments.

    • Leads incentive compensation related communications and change management processes.

    • Owns the end-to-end incentive compensation administration process, including process improvements and enhancements.

    • Manages and developsa teamof incentive compensation administrative professionals.

    • Partners with other corporate areas to ensure full complianceofall IA incentive compensation programs (e.g.Accounting, Tax, and Legal).

    • Develops and delivers efficient and effective presentations to influence decision making and communicates information to management and partners.

    • Prepares department business plans, staffingprojectionsand budgets.Requisitionssupplies and materials necessary for efficient operation.

    • Reviews plans and budgets periodically to achieve cost reduction where possible.

    Must have the following education and experience:

    • 5+ years of incentive compensation design and administration experience including related team leadership

    • Experience with theselection, implementation, and execution of incentive compensation systems

    • Advanced Excelexpertiseand ability to create, organize and manipulate large sets of data in complex Excel spreadsheets

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Must have good interpersonal andclient-facingskills with HR Business Partners, Managers, and Senior Leadership

    • Bachelor's orMaster'sdegree in a field related to Finance, Business Management/Administration, or HR Administration preferred


    Annual Salary

    $121,975.00 - $229,600.00

    The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
