- Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months of Auto Damage experience required.
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
- Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
- Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
- Willingness to be flexible with primary work location; position may require field and in-office work.
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
- Core Skills:
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills, with excellent attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
- Solid computer and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on them.
- Availability:
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
