Alexander Charles Inc. DBA Nate Bude Insurance is the locally owned Idaho corporation that operates the Idaho GEICO Local Office Insurance Agency.

Are you seeking a flexible job opportunity with a reputable company? Join the Alexander Charles Inc./GEICO local office team as an Inside Marketing Representative! We're offering a competitive base pay plus monthly performance bonuses for proactive individuals eager to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. The right candidate could also participate in our agent in training program and receive paid training to obtain your insurance agent's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize internet-generated leads to make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Engage new and existing customers in conversations, introducing them to GEICO's insurance products.
  • Triage inbound calls to get the customer to the right person.
  • Spark interest in speaking further with our insurance agents to discuss personalized quotes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
