JOB SUMMARY The Innovation & Commercialization team seeks a Procurement Analyst (Temporary Support) to provide end-to-end North America (NA) Procurement support for PepsiCo Foods Innovation launches. This role is pivotal in managing raw material sourcing, fostering cross-functional collaboration, ensuring speed to market, and mitigating risks. The Analyst will serve as the primary Procurement point of contact throughout the commercialization process, ensuring smooth internal communication among stakeholders and the readiness of suppliers for annual PFNA Innovation projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage stock code and support new business proposals (BPs) submitted via Cornerstone for the Quaker BU. • Complete an average of 30-50 weekly tasks in Cornerstone related to supplier identification, stock code links, and/or creation. • Conduct weekly reviews of Quaker Co-Pack Vendor Models forecast versus inventory. • Update and maintain the Materials Guide. • Submit overall general material orders to vendors. • Process Purchase Authorizations (PA) / Material Notifications (MN) from a packaging perspective. • Assist with PA / MN packaging setup with production planners and vendors. • Ensure basic packaging information is clearly defined in the Summary of Action section of BPs. • Communicate any concerns or delays with processing tasks in Cornerstone to project owners. • Document processes, deliverables, and schedules for multiple projects. Required Qualifications • High capacity for managing multiple projects simultaneously and cross-functionally, with the ability to eliminate roadblocks and create focus. • Comfortable and effective communication (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders across levels, including senior leadership. • Ability to work well with others to achieve results and keep team/stakeholders informed to avoid unnecessary surprises. • Ability to complete tasks quickly and communicate risks and roadblocks clearly, with strong data analytics capabilities.
