Position Description: Project Manager - Contingent Pipeline Opportunity - We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.
Location: Doral, FL
Responsibilities:
  • Manage execution of assigned Work Orders from kickoff through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track cost, schedule, and performance to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate resources across technical and functional teams
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are met
  • Prepare status reports and performance updates for Government stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and DoD acquisition policies
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across project delivery

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
    OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience managing DoD projects
  • Experience managing full project lifecycles in a federal or DoD environment
  • Experience tracking milestones, schedules, and performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and contract compliance requirements
  • Experience using Agile methodologies in a project environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience supporting IT, cybersecurity, cloud, analytics, or mission systems programs
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in complex environments
  • Experience with performance reporting tools and dashboards
  • Experience working in regulated or classified environments

Certifications:
  • Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Scrum Master CSM, DAWIA Level II in Program Management
