Location: Windsor, CT โ€“ 4 days a week
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will lead complex waterfall and agile projects focusing on application modernization, rollouts, migrations, and integrations. This role demands excellent stakeholder management capabilities, strong proficiency in creating impactful presentations, and experience in orchestrating significant change across business and IT domains. The ideal candidate will seamlessly navigate interactions with senior business and IT leaders to deliver application modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
ยท Lead end-to-end project management activities including managing project scope, planning, implementations, feature rollouts, process improvements, integrations, and migrations related to new acquisitions or business lines.
ยท Actively manage project stakeholders and project teams, facilitating all project status and / or agile ceremonies, and tracking and reporting progress.
ยท Develop and deliver comprehensive, executive-level presentations clearly communicating project objectives, progress, challenges, and solutions.
ยท Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure alignment and project success.
ยท Monitor and control project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, promptly identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
ยท Drive the execution of effective change management and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user acceptance.
Qualifications:
