Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in relationship management or business development within financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Driven, motivated and intellectually curious
- Attention to detail and impeccable time management skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with and present to Senior Executives within Broadridge and at our clients
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in MSFT Office, including PowerBI
- Ability to lead client meetings both in-person and virtual
