Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals, scope, timelines, and budget.

  • Develop andmaintaincomprehensive project plans, includingproject definition,objectives, tasks, resources, and deliverables.

  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providingtimelyupdates and proposingappropriate solutions.

  • Identifyand manage project risks,anticipatingpotential obstacles, and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members,facilitatingeffective communication and information sharing.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of project activities.

  • Drive continuous process improvement,identifyingopportunities to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Monitor project performancemetrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, andnext steps.

  • Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism, leading by example and inspiring team members to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or similar).

  • Experience managing or working on mainframe software development initiatives is required

  • (Senior)5 to 10of proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects from initiation to closure.

  • Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated Project Management experience in Software DevelopmentLifeCycleprojects (focus on estimating, planning, risk, and dependency management)

  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams andeffectively work with clientstowards project success.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficient inMicrosofttools and applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience inthe Wealth Management Business ishighly desirable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and applications.

  • PMP certification isconsidered an asset.

Compensation
