Job Duties and Requirements:
Responsible for driving the end-to-end user experience and design process, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and user-centric digital products. Leading Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Facilitating client's product visions by conducting experience design workshops (Discovery & Design Workshop), collaborating to define project scope, and refining end-user requirements. Conducting User Research: Planning and executing in-depth user research, including user interviews, voice-of-customer sessions, and usability testing to document user needs, validate experience design requirements, and inform design improvements. Defining UX Strategy: Architecting intuitive digital experiences by creating website sitemaps, application screen flows, storyboards, and user flow diagrams based on research data and content strategy. Defining User Personas: Developing detailed user personas and using AI models (Gemini, ChatGPT) for synthesizing user research data, generating interview scripts, and aiding in strategic UX copy drafting. Evaluating Usability: Conducting Heuristic Evaluation and Cognitive Walkthroughs on existing products to identify design problems and proactively identifying and resolving interface issues via validation and testing. Designing and Prototyping: Conceptualizing, wireframing (Low/High Fidelity), sketching, prototyping, and mocking up end-to-end user experiences for responsive web and mobile digital products in a wide range of devices and interfaces. Defining Visual and Interaction Design: Defining the visual design language, creating UI Style Guides, and providing complex Interaction Design solutions that fulfill user needs and surpass client expectations. Must have a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Application, Engineering (any) or related field plus three (3) years of IT experience. Three (3) years of IT experience must include experience in HTML and RWD (Responsive Web Design). In lieu of a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equiv) we will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equiv) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as determined by a professional evaluation service.
