Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to lead logistics projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics, project management, and leadership. The Logistics Project Manager will be responsible for managing logistics projects, including freight management, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, organize, and manage logistics projects, including freight management, warehousing, and transportation.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Manage project execution, including coordinating with logistics providers, monitoring progress, and addressing issues.

- Track project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action as needed.

-Ensure project deliverables are met, and document lessons learned.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including logistics providers, customers, and internal teams.

- Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.-

-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
