Job Description:The Recruiting Coordinator will provide critical support to a high-volume hiring initiative by managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking system updates, and onboarding coordination. This role will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple calendars, ensuring an efficient hiring process.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing interview details, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Utilize Greenhouse to track candidate progress, update workflows, and manage recruiting documentation.
- Support recruiters with pipeline management and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Monitor hiring activity and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
- Prepare reports, manage data entry tasks, and contribute to process improvement efforts.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, scheduling, or a related support role.
- Previous experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, and reporting functions.
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in building a long-term career in recruiting coordination and talent acquisition.
