Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - SAP S4

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (on-site, hybrid)

Compensation: $45.00 - $60.00 / Hourly depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead key SAP transformation initiatives, including the modernization of our Solution Manager environment and critical components of our SAP S/4HANA RISE upgrade. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive complex enterprise programs to successful delivery.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the modernization and redesign of the SAP Solution Manager environment
  • Drive project timelines, milestones, and overall execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, and testing functions
  • Manage key components of the SAP S/4HANA RISE upgrade
  • Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across dependencies and deliverables
  • Partner closely with SAP and vendor-side project managers
  • Ensure testing phases are effectively planned and executed
  • Track progress and manage workflows using JIRA
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Proven success delivering SAP S/4HANA projects (RISE experience preferred)
  • Strong background in SAP Solution Manager (modernization/transformation experience a plus)
  • Experience managing multiple complex workstreams and dependencies
  • Hands-on involvement with testing phases in large-scale implementations
  • Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM
  • Experience working directly with SAP or external implementation partners
  • Background in large-scale enterprise transformation programs
