About Our Client:
Addison Group is working with a leading healthcare organization managing a large portfolio of construction and facility improvement projects. This team oversees both new developments and upgrades across multiple locations, supporting a fast paced and highly regulated environment.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Construction Coordinator or Architecture Project Manager to support ongoing healthcare construction initiatives. This individual will play a key role in coordinating projects from early planning through completion, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and contractors. This is a hands on role that will be heavily involved in day to day project activity, including time spent onsite at active job locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support construction and renovation projects across multiple sites from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate permitting, site logistics, shutdown planning, and safety requirements
  • Partner with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects stay on track
  • Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress
  • Manage multiple projects at once and communicate risks or delays proactively
  • Act as a point of contact between internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
  • Assist with vendor selection, bid coordination, and contractor oversight
  • Ensure projects align with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Maintain organized documentation for project updates, decisions, and milestones

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture preferred, but will consider Engineering or Construction Management (Degree required)
  • 3 or more years of experience in project coordination or project management within construction
  • Required experience supporting healthcare or clinical construction projects (non-negotiable)
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Comfortable working onsite and visiting active construction sites
