Ready to kickstart a rewarding sales career with a trusted leader in insurance? The Ryan Underhill Agency, part of Farmers Insurance, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team in Kentwood.
What You'll Do
  • Help drive agency growth by generating new business and delivering tailored insurance solutions
  • Work alongside seasoned professionals and expand your expertise in sales and client care

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, connect with, and convert potential clients into lifelong customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and regular policy reviews

Who You Are
  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related area (insurance background a plus)
  • Excellent communicator with persuasive negotiation skills
  • Confident making outbound calls and closing sales
  • Eager to learn, grow, and respond positively to coaching
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
