job purpose:
The Sr. Manager, Large Store Retail Sales South/Southwest position will play a vital role in driving sales growth within your assigned customers, acting as the Fairlife SME (subject matter expert) with our partners. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales & execution within an assigned region, including achieving profitable growth while delivering on KPI's, store visits to review execution with all partners internal and external, organizing planning/review meetings with key stakeholders and our distributor partners, partnering with commercial teams to maintain current programs and preparing for and conducting sales calls with assigned Key Accounts. This position requires extensive travel within the assigned region, approximately 50% to 75% of the time.
